Hi Cuties! It seems impossible to ask the Embroitique crew general questions at their site. No real e-mail possibility apparant to me. Does anyone of you know whether you need to order BX files separately. I need PES but many companies offer the conversion possibilty to BX, but maybe at Embroitique you have to pay twice? There is a "contact us" for them. I get emails from them. I do know she has family obligations that might delay a quick response. She has a blog too as well as an etsy site.

Thank you - I'll try the etsy site then. Because I already tried the "contact us" at the Embroitique site but it is just like a loop going back where I've started and so on. Therefore, I was a bit desperate. Thanks your advice - Hugs Maria
