I do not know about stitch count as such, but there is information about the hours on the machine. From everything that I have read, on the Viking machines, that information is found in the tech menu, so it is not accessible to the owner of the machine. That is a good question to ask when the machine is serviced because that information is not automatically included in the summary of what was done when the machine is cleaned or otherwise serviced - at least my techs have not included it.

There are two figures available, one is the total time the machine has been on, and the other indicates the time that it has actually been stitching. The total time would include the time it took for hooping, thread changes, adding fabrics, etc., (and in my case, whatever time it took to fix any "boo-boos" while I still had the machine on!)

I asked my sewing ,mechanic where the stitch was on my Janome and he told me not all embroidery machine have it

My machine is a Husqvarna Topaz 30 and I find the stitch count in my 4D Extra software, when I print the colour chart, not from my machine.

I think you refer to machine information. Other than for instance Brother machines, Husqvarna machines don't have a stitchcount, they (at least the more expensive ones - not e.g. the Iris I have) do have a time-used count in hours and minutes. That has one drawback, you can reset it to zero so you know exactly how long a special project takes, but then you lose the total - which your mechanic can still see in the tech menu. I usually reset 1 January and write it in a notebook.
While the Designer1 had 'hours on' and 'hours stiched', the tech menu even differentiated between sewing and embroidering; the Ruby only has 'hours stitched'. The manual will tell you where to find it.

For each separate design the machine tells you the stitchcount, total and stitches made, while it is embroidering. Comes in handy when you have to stop embroidery and won't leave your macine on.
