Hi Cuties, I've been doing some very light embroidery designs and have been sitting on my new Ergonomic chair which helps greatly.
I've now done 6 tea towels - the first 3 were designs which were too many stitches. I found a nice design from Urban Threads and have been doing that - it is shown below.
Hoping to finish the last two this week, then onto the next project of Holly glasses cases from Stitch Delight. Love Chris

Chris, glad that your new chair is allowing you to embroider again. This is very pretty, your ladies will love the design and bright colours. However go slowly and do not over do it, you still need plenty of rest in-between projects. Sandra.

Hi Patti, thanks for your nice comments. Yes, don't they look great on the red? I'm trying a lot of things at the moment. A dear elderly gentleman (who is 84) who visits our local Cafe gave me a copper ring yesterday and asked me to wear it up on the affected area. So I'm using that now too.
