Sorry moderator-I did just post a message about Roselove Font 'L' zip file. I organized a few files last night to discover the download for 'L' was actually a 'J'--the pdf was correct though. The 'J' zip was correct. So just thought I'd post a message that all might see in both places. I am guilty at forgetting to come to the Community tab. You are all beautiful people with great attitudes, allowing prayers to be uttered and a place I feel comfortable being at. Grateful for you all.

I have downloaded the "L" file successfully. I have viewed it without issues in my software. What file format are you using? The letters are not zipped unless they are in the packs

Reponse to crafter2243---I make a folder labeled Cuteembroidery--folder within labeled with current font--I select my format to download and when my window comes up to tell it where to save it to I also give myself the name or letter instead of the long name or number to it. All others are fine--just not the 'L'

I wonder what happened as I downloaded most of the file types and they all showed the correct letter. What file type do you use so we can check that one?

On this font, because it is a large design I downloaded .pes but usually I also save it as .hus or vip. Some of these I've downloaded in all 3 file types. Large files in vip format sometimes split into 2 files as does .jef for Janome machines. I don't like that so my choice is usually .pes for Baby Lock and try to have .hus for viking software. It's o.k. I'll hopefully catch it if it gets voted on and comes up again. If not--oh well--can't hurt for trying.

I downloaded the PES file type without issues. On that letter I actually downloaded more file types than I usually do. Right after I saw your comment -- I downloaded PES without issues and it was correct.

I agree with rescuer. Even though I bought a membership I download as the freebies are given so I can tell the sequence. The roselovefont is not offered as a pack yet, so you could have not downloaded as a zip. The freebies are never in a zip format. The " L" I downloaded is correct so I am a bit confused. Do you rename your files when you download?

Sorry--not zipped file but rather labeled folder as Cuteembroidery and downloaded as pes, sometimes hus and sometimes vip--occasionally vip's want to split if they are a large design. I named my download 'L' since it is quite long--the pdf opened to the correct letter. No problems doing this way with any others. Missed the 'K' on this font but see it is up for vote first thing.

You must have mislabeled it when you downloaded because that to me is the only explanation.Reminder!!! the K is up to download today. You may need to refresh your page. Hope you will not miss it.

Even if I had mis-named the download it should have opened to letter 'L' and not 'J'. I could have called my download 'cat' but if it was an 'L' it would have opened as 'L'. Sorry--I'll just wait and hope it comes up in vote again.

If you download the letter "J" and name the file folder "L" then a "J" would come up when you click on "L"
I do hope you have it sorted by now
