I was wondering do any cuties use the EQ7 program, what are your thoughts. Is it easy to use. Is it worth the money they are asking.

Hi Marian, I don't have the EQ7, but I've got the EQ5. I find it useful for designs and placement etc. and also for working out the fabric you need (eg yardage, metres etc.) It's always good to see the finished quilt on the screen. I'm not sure how much a new EQ7 costs, but I would read up on it and see if you can go somewhere to have a practice with it. Good luck, love Chris

thanks Chris they cost approx. $187usd don't know how much the shipping would be, will have to save up for a while. They should be available somewhere in Australia, at least you would think so.

I have had EQ7 for years and love it. I have found it easy to use. It takes the guess work out of fabric yardage. I also have EQ Stitch, I haven't done much with it, not enough hours in the day.
