Try downloading just the one you are having trouble with and see if it works this time. Maybe in a different format if you have a program to change it to the one you use.

Most computers come with a program that unzip files. Zipped files are just a way to send lots of information in a smaller format.

If you right click the folder that needs unzipping then look for something that says unzip or extract all. Click that and then it will ask where you want to save or extract it to, choose where and then you can open the unzipped file. If it no longer has the zip on the icon, you are looking at the right file

I am not a computer person but I hope that helps without too much tech talk.

I think babash made the right suggestion. Go back and download it again. Sometimes the download gets interrupted. See if it looks the same.

Hmmm, it could be a partial zip file...one that got interrupted when downloading...if so, go back and re-download it...or perhaps is is a .rar zip file that would need to be unzipped with a program that could unzip .rar zip files...7-Zip and Embird are two programs that can unzip a .rar zip file...

Girls, could it have gone to a drop box. lildoll, try downloading it again and see what happens. if it save to my drop box or save to my computer, choose "save to my computer". I know someone will be able to help you. Kay

I have Jzip program on my comp. it does all downloads I have needed

I work on a mac and it happens to me when the download was not completed just in part - normally happens when my internet signal is interrupted. Best would be to re-download.
