UPDATED TUES evening-I received a phone call tonight, from an excited 2 year old. Quote "Gram my necklace is in my poo and my money is still in my tummy", she was talking so fast, mom got on the phone and confirmed that is what happened. Still waiting on the coin but at least the E, I was so concerned about is through....Mom explained to her what happened and then showed her the necklace. ...she didn't want to swallow it again-lol------UPDATED MON-added photos and to say still in there today--------Hello Cuties,

I have to tell you about today. First I got about 3 hours sleep last night. My hip hurt so bad I couldn't sleep. Felt like a toothache in the hip. I think I have been in this chair too long. Needless to say, I never made it to church, so hubby got to rabbit hunt the last day of this season.

I just finished a sandwich for lunch and one of my sister-in-laws came to visit. She bought me a little vase with flowers, wasn't that nice?

Anyway, about 1:30 received a call, to see if Mason and Avery could stay here, while mom and dad brought Nora to the ER. Mom was loading Nora and Dad was loading Avery. I said yes, but what happened?

Nora swallowed her necklace she wore to church this morning! Mason said a bracelet, but when they dropped the kids, Mom said it was her E necklace (Elanora). They took her to the hospital my grandson works in ER admitting, so they called him and when they got there they were ready for her.

I text my oldest daughter and she was in town, so went over to meet them. Dad text me not long after they got there and said "Yep, it's in there" so I text Marsha. Unbeknownst to me, Marsha was with them and text back, "that's not all Nora swallowed!" I said what else? A coin!!!

I have the xray photos on my phone, so I can't show you right now. They think its a dime and it looks like it is higher than the necklace. Maybe she swallowed it AFTER the necklace?!!! IDK !!! Now you know why my hair is white!

Dr said she should pass them, but tomorrow they will re-xray to see if they are moving through the digestive track/bowel. IF she starts vomiting or tummy hurts, to immediately bring her in, for emergency surgery. Mom wanted someone to go with her tomorrow because it took 3 people, to hold Nora down for the x-ray. I have therapy in the morning in a different town. I told Ashley, I'm sure they have staff that can help when they have a child like this. Hope so.

I told Mason, Nora really believes in Direct Deposit! Saving money and jewelry! She is their own personal 'safe deposit box'! I also told him mom would probably give him the coin when they recover it-lol- no joking I've heard of kids passing coins before, but the necklace worries me a bit. It was a pretty long, but dainty chain and if I remember the E was about 3/4 inch, maybe. Hopefully, it won't require surgery.

So this is the "Days of Our Lives", how was yours?....I think there was a soap opera by that name....wonder how they came up with that..........
Hope Nora passes both coin and necklace without problems.
