This is a quilt block from Sew magazine here in England. I was helping one of the young members of our stitching bee to put one of these together so I thought I'd do one myself! Mike says it looks more like a cat than a rabbit.
In answer to "how big are the squares" - as big or small as you like! The tiny one is made from jelly roll strips. It doesn't have a border. I put a hanging loop on in case anyone wanted to stick pins in it!

My youngest son and I only see the rabbit -- a VERY cute rabbit!
After further inspection, my son thinks he sees Pac-Man looking at the rabbit's nose.

This is very cute just the way it is,,,,,but.....might look more like a rabbit if you put a small triangle of the white fabric right where the ear connects to the face.( the split square, half pink half white) Just a thought.

Very cute bunny. Now that I I read all the messages I am seeing pacmen running all over this poor bunnies face! lol Very cute. Would be a very cute project to make up as an Easter gift. The young stitcher must be so happy with her cute pillow she was able to make up, with your help, as your pillow has turned out wonderful!

oh it's very cute, for Easter you say it's a bunny, and after Easter you just say it's a cat. Multi functional....But it's lovely.

The basic block is 30 cm - you begin with 11 cm squares.
Actually, it could be any size, depending on the squares you start with.
