Update on Chris Pennifold. When I texted Chris at 7:45 this morning she had been prepped for surgery and they had just brought the bed to take her to theatre. It is now 12:35pm and still no word from Trevor, Chris' husband. As soon as I hear anything I will update it here. Hugs n roses, M

She's out of recovery back in her room but feeling pretty groggy and sick after the anaesthetic! not heard details of how it went etc but know mums out and conscious! 🙏🏻

Trevor just called and said Chris seems to be doing OK and was enjoying a cup of her favourite, Rooibos vanilla tea.
No doubt she will be on Cute, to fill you in herself, as soon as she is able.

Oh so good to hear from you, Meg !!! Thank you for letting us know news of Chris. It's not yet Tuesday here and I forget its almost Wednesday there, so glad operation is over for her. Hope this solves all her hip problem, then maybe the back will even feel better...we can only hope. Hope you are doing well-Toogie
