Have to show you what I did and if any of you have the same situation, this works.......Boomer gave me 3 hats he got from some of his equipment reps and of course they have the logo of the vendor all over them....they are really nice hats and the stitching on them was so thick there was no way to rip it out, so I made patches...I knew that badgemaster backing wouldn't stick because of the heavy embroidery underneath, so I fired up my glue gun and it worked great........he is thrilled.......The red hat on the left is his tag name....

Great job--I've tried hot gluing some things and didn't work so hot. Wanted to peel easily. I hope yours lasts--just tell Boom to not pick at it for sure.
