I have created this doily using a free FSL (free-standing lace) design from Sue Box.
The free design is called Adah Motif, from the Just Lace collection. I have used the Auto Repeat tool from my software to get the design repeated six times in a circle. The rosebud design (auto repeated 6 times) is part of the Miniature Set from the Golden Classic Collection by Sue Box.

I have used Embird but I believe that other embroidery software have this tool as well, maybe under another name, like Encore in my old 4D Embroidery Extra from Pfaff/Husqvarna-Viking. Thanks for your comment.

I have used a 200x260 mm (8x10" approx.) hoop. Perhaps it's better if I post the size of the doily, as not everyone has the same hoop that I use. This doily's size is 228x199.4mm (or 8.98x7.85"). Thanks for your comment, Jo.
