I have made this doily with a FSL (free-standing lace) design called Abir Motif from the Just Lace collection by Sue Box.
I have used the Auto Repeat tool from my software to duplicate the design six times in a circle. The rose design in the middle is part of the Miniature Rose Set from Golden Classic Collection by Sue Box.
