Look what you can do to change up your zipper projects. Cut the metal stops off both ends, unzip and put the different pieces back together, Change the zipper pull colors too. You can buy zipper tape and different color pulls online and mix and match. It takes a bit of practice but it's easy after a couple of tries

It would look quite good on colourful pouches. I did this with divisible zippers in the 80s or so when "colour blocking" was all the rage. Still got a blue and yellow one in my my zippers box :)

you can also use just one side of the zipper, loop it around and add a different color pull. Like the solid colors I've shown then you have the other half to make another, this works best on longer zippers

Hi Bev, those zipper purses are all the rage over here at the moment. I actually had to repair one for a lady (she has had a stroke and is in a permanent motorised wheelchair) the other day (only 59 yrs) and she gave me a jar of honey (from their own bee hives). She just lives down the road from me and anytime she has any sewing mishaps asks me if I can do them and of course I do, free of charge, and so I get paid in kind in fresh beautiful Honey! Love all what you have done, love Chris

I made up a whole batch of colored zips now I need to make some more bags, I give away a lot of my projects just to cheer someone up. An act of kindness comes back twofold that is why I do it. You are proof of that.

And may God bless you with all that you do too. Love Chris
