Happy Easter to you , too. I got caught up with the ham thing in the grocery store today and bought a small spiral sliced half ham and knowing that two people can not eat it all. Already worrying as what to do with more than we need. I don't like it after frozen as the texture seems to change. I thought about making several casseroles and freezing them. Sometimes casseroles take the freezer better than the big piece of ham does. Any ideas welcome. Kay

Cook it is gingerale.It will have a great new taste. The other thing we do is fry slices of it and have it on a toasted bun with cheese and a cooked (fried) egg. It is like a egg mcmuffin from McDonalds. Yummy for brunch. Lynn
