Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me with something please. I bought the Membership and I can't seem to get my Designs I have selected. I have used the site before and it worked now it's not downloading. Isn't the designs still free with the subscriptions? Love the designs and they stitch out so GREAT. Hate to miss out on my designs after purchasing the Membership. Thanks so much!! Kathy H. Dallas Texas.

Hi Kathy.
Do not put your designs in the basket. Click on the picture which gets you to the page where you can choose the format you need to download. (right side). Please let us know if you get it to work. You had asked the same question in December 2015, but never answered to let us know if it worked for you.

Cuteembroidery and Amazingdesigns have a membership option.
Adorable Applique, Cute Alphabets and Cutecross stitch do not show a membership option.

Separate membership required for 1st two listed.
