If you use Windows, I have used Image Resizer for many years. After you install it, all you have to do is right-click on a picture and in the pop-up menu, look for "resize pictures". There are several choices of sizes. I usually choose "small" and that works for emails and other web needs. I tried putting a link to the page, but this website would not upload it. You can use "Paint" that is included in your computer software with Windows.
Have you tried uploading using Chrome or Firefox? There are some instructions for this in the Q&A section. Let us know if you need more help.

Thank you. I do use firefox - havn't tried chrome but I did get the resizer thru the web that you posted here. So I'll try them again. Thanks for the help.
