Ok, I've searched for hours and tried adjusting tensions and NOTHING is changing! New to this hobby, so I'm sure there's something we're doing wrong but no clue what. Here is my scenario...

Got a Brother HE1 and tried a few projects with what we thought were no problems. This is because we were using the same embroidery thread on the bobbin instead of bobbin thread. So it all seemed fine. Then I realize we're supposed to be using bobbin thread (it came with a white spool), so we switched to that. Now, everything we stitch uses nothing but bobbin thread! And I believe it was always doing that. We just didn't notice because of using the same thread for the bobbin.

Viewing all the guides showing tension adjustments, doesn't apply. As I said, there is NO embroidery thread being used in our designs. ALL BOBBIN! It begins pulling some from the top when the stitch begins, then from then on, all bobbin. The design comes out completey white on front and back with no color whatsoever.

So, the bobbin thread is Brother #90 polyester embroidery bobbin thread.

The embroidery thread is Coats & Clark 40 wt. Trilobal Polyester.

The needle in the machine is the standard needle that it came with, and we have changed it out just in case.

We're testing on a light fabric with a tear away stabilizer.

If any other info is needed for a solution, let me know what. I'll try my best to include it. I don't know what else to try.
