Prayer please!!!!!I had my two biopsies yesterday and my throat one hurt sooooo today i had to peek :(:(I didn't think he would slice my throat open****the other one is on my left shoulder***Always checking for that C word we all hate and fear ***Cancer****please pray for me and my nerves lol I am normally really leveled headed and lately i been ***You know Hugs Carolyn XXOO

Hugs & Prayer for a lovely lady.
All those stitches may mean the doc didn't want to leave you with a bad scar.
When I had 'my throat slit', the doc did such a good job of it that my family & friends said it disappeared into a line. [I didn't have an old lady line there until after the op!] :-)

Owwww! Makes my throat sore just LQQKING. I'm praying as soon as I read this. I am relieved we were looking at your shoulder, thought it was quite something else! I always tell the doctor that I am an embroiderer and a former English teacher and that neatness counts.

Oh! My ! What kind of Dr. did this to you? Was the doctor a Dermatologist? I have no kind of medical back ground what so ever , but it looks as if you throat could have used some more stitches. Maybe Lillian will take a look. Prayers coming your way. Kay

I hadn't read you were having problems. Hope whatever he 'hacked' out of your throat is benign. He did a horrendous job of putting your skin back together but sometimes what we think looks bad heals quiet nicely.
Still--I think he should go back to school to refine the art of stitching---Dr's just don't seem to care enough in my opinion. My daughter still waiting on whether she has lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis or what. Been on going for some time and no definitive answers. Prayers are with you my friend.

Carolyn, I'll give your Doctor my Doctor's # for stitching advice if you want. I'm sure it will look just fine when it heals, I'm just teasing you. Mine is squamous cell carcinoma, but was removed with clear margins. My doctor sent the specimen over to hospital lab before he sutured me up to have the pathologist to check it. After he got the report that it he had gotten clear margins, I got 8 stitches. Now, I don't even have to worry or wait. That was nice. I'm praying for you and your results.

Have been praying for you since knowing of the scheduling of the biopsy and I am still praying for a good outcome. I think the waiting is the most difficult time. The sewers in us I think, like to see a neater seam. Most important is to have it removed and get good news.

Dear friend, I hope and pray that you are doing well, but let me tell you something, the C word is not a death sentence....more people die every year from flu, etc., I had cancer in 2007 and decided to get a double mastectomy, but so far so good....God heals. Do not be afraid!!!!
