OMG It is like you read my mind. For over thirty years my daughters and I have been doing an annual weekend get-together that we call MDSF weekend. This is absolutely perfect for us and It is coming up very soon. This started out with my three daughters and me. Now it has grown to include six granddaughters. We start out on Friday and wrap it up on Sunday. Together we are mothers, daughters, sisters, cousins, but most of all we are friends. Picture shows daughters in front and four of the six grands in the back row.

We are scattered over three states but everyone makes an effort to be there. The girls can't come until they turn 18. Last year was the first year that all of us were there together and everyone will be able to be there again this year.
