I think... it doesn't need the comma (,) if you are using the word and after it..... I'm not sure, but that's how I would do it. Mechille :)

Like other's have said, remove the one you placed after "you" but I like the Oxford Comma used . Many do not use it -- so you might want to make it stitch last??

The comma before a conjunction is called the Oxford or Serial Comma. It is considered optional.

When you are making a "list" you do not need a comma before the "and" in front of the last item...soooooooo, no comma after guidance. If it were me, I would put a comma before and after Mom because the word Mom is inserted into a phrase that is complete without it. Your designs are beautiful!!

Thank you, Mom, for your time, guidance, and love! (When ones name is mentioned in the middle of a sentence, the name has a comma before and after, to show you are speaking to him/her. When listing items, each is separated by a comma, including one before "and"! The comma shows separate distinction/importance of EACH item listed. I love an exclamation point at the end of a statement, too!

I agree that the comma is not necessary after thank you. I also agree with the Oxford or Serial comma. Just read it out loud and you will find yourself pausing after the word guidance. Lots of opinions , so do as you wish. Nice design. Kay

In English English there is no comma before the and. Personally, I would put one either side of the "Mom".
