Hello Steph. Welcome to Our Cute Community. You will love this site very much and won't be able to live without it anymore (that happens to me hahaha). Everybody here is so helpful and sweet. You will feel like everybody is your family. I don't know to much about who started this site but I know that the owner is a wonderful lady called Veronika, she works really hard to keep Cute as number one and if you have any question or suggestion you can contact her with confident and I swear that she will answer you and try to make her best. The very first Cuties are Jrob (Jerrilyn) Ruthie and Cutiepie she is not here to much because has two little and beautiful twins (not sure but are like 3 or 4 months old, so she is really busy with them).
