I have pe design 7, do you mean a circle with a hole in the middle,in layout and editing, click the circle button select stitch type, hold down shift key for a perfect circle, then make an other one on top, select the small circle hold down the ctrl key, then select large circle, go to top, and select "sew" , go down to set hole sewing and click, you should get a window with" hole sewing set", you cannot delete the smaller circle, just don't stitch it hope this helps........wendy
