Hello Cuties, I posted a quilt a few days ago, in Community/Personals and explained this ministry there.

The embroidered cross is in my files as Swirl 2 sample Npe Ltd. I would love to know if any of you recognize where its from. It was free like it says, at the time I down loaded it and I have used it on most all the ladies/girls quilts.
This one is for my grand-daughter having surgery Wednesday. Her room at their camp are these colors, so the perfect fabric for her.
This is a wonderful way to minister and if your church group hasn't started one already, maybe you should suggest starting one up. Not everyone has to be able to sew or have a embroidery machine, but there is something anyone and everyone can do. It could be donating something as inexpensive as floss.. or maybe you can afford a little more like batting, or fabric.. or perhaps sewing them together. It's so rewarding for all involved.
We gave my grand-daughter and my friend theirs yesterday afternoon and both were very appreciative of the prayers, the quilt and the love extended to each of them.
