Update on daughter-she does not have lung cancer, nor Pulmonary Fibrosis--upon 2nd opinion they decided it was Auto Immune Disease and she now has Organized Pneumonia. Her body is attacking itself and the masses that showed in her lungs most likely is caused by severe inflammation. It was taking up all her air sac spaces. She is now on Steroids for 6-8 weeks and then will scan again to see if the masses have shrunk. Has to ck. her blood pressure and blood sugar 3 times a day as steroid use can cause other damages and diseases. She does seem better and is not coughing with every breath.
