We were certainly not expecting to find camels in Cape Town. Took the twins to a farm there and Georgie was brave enough to have a ride.

Must be the season for Camel riding. Amy and Steve took the girls up to the Bay not far from Newcastle and did the same thing last week! Love this picture! Love Chris

Georgie never ceases to amaze me. She is a brave young girl. I think she much have gotten her mom's riding gene.
There was a fellow who lived just below me who rescued exotic animals and he had 2 camels. We took them bread about once a week. The children loved going. He passed away and I'm not sure what happened to the animals. (He was the father of Deborah Norville if you watch Inside Edition)

It is my younger daughter who is the horse woman - Georgie's aunt. Georgie has started riding this year and loves it.

She is a adventures little lady. Getting on and off a camel isn't exactly easy. She looks as if to say "Nothing to it".
