This is called Victorian Walls. It kinda reminds me of a goldfish or a Koi, in abstract. But, whatever it is, I sure do love it! I love the Mendhi inspired designs. I used a Robin Egg blue for the background. So Pretty! Done by Vicki, can be found at Basketkase, link below!

I like the swirly feel to it. Sort of like an amoeba on caffeine floating around in all its glory! Every once in a while an embellishment like this just fills the spot! Well done.
