can you help me come up with a pattern for a phone-holder which fits around the shoulders, with a little pocket near the front shoulder[where the arm fits on Haha!] It's for a horse-rider, so the phone is handy and won't get lost from the usual pocket on the jeans/pants. something like a halter for a radio which the Police use, is what I'm thinking.
