Have taken my Brother Embroidery machine into a Janome shop. They said that he can fix Brother Machines. A lot of them don't so fingers crossed that it comes home soon and does not cost too much. Really don't want to buy another machine as I will not have the room for 3 machines.

Hopefully everything will work out fine. I think most machine mechanics can fix a lot of different brands fingers crossed.

I certainly hope this guy can fix it as it is a lot closer to me. Only 30 mins away that 90 mins through heavy traffic.

Good luck...as long as it is out of warranty...if an unauthorized repairman works on your machine, it could void any warranty you have...

As long as he can source parts he should be fine.

I am so luck the Technician I have can fix any machine he has been in the trade for more than 30 years he really knows machines .

Lillian I am doing a lot of plain sewing. My old embroidery machine will do plain sewing but when I put the embroidery arm on it does 6 stitches and then tells me to rethread when there is nothing wrong with the thread. That will be going in after I get my other back.
