This is going to be my newest project ,a throw,for on my spare bed. Each square is 40cm and is a crazy patchwork in a colour theme. On each square there is 1part that is embroidered.. I think it has to be 6x6 squares connected by sashes in one colour. They are lovely quick to make and it will reduce my fabric stash somewhat.

Yes I use decorative stitching, also some ribbons I had laying around.

Oh, just love the crazypatch blocks. Might start another one with my scraps which are piling up. Never thought of embroidering in the middle. I just do them in the quilt as you go technique and join them together with a sashing. thank you for the inspiration.
