I have an option to buy a Bernina Deco 340 at a very reasonable price. Very confused - isn't it an old model? Not familiar with Bernina products. Is the software upgradeable to Windows 10? Any comments will be appreciated.

Tx, is there any other software available for the Deco 340?

Sorry but I disagree. Other Bernina owners say their software works fine on Windows 10. Mine is Artista and booted right up after Windows 10 installed. This is the full digitizing software, not the edit only software.

I have a Bernina 580 and V6 (half package?) which Bernina informs me is not upgradeable to Windows 10.
Yes or No?

Here is link to the Bernina software support page. V6 and Version 7 are compatible with Windows 10. I have version 7 myself installed on my Windows 10 laptop. I believe you can transfer designs to the Deco 340 with the free Artlink software downloadable from the Bernina site and this page says that also is compatible with windows 10

Thanks again! Sorted It was actually very easy after all - all I had to to do was to save the designs as EXP. om memory stick.. Do not even use or require any other software as I can use my existing software Digitizer EX. for downloads.

Hi there, I have this machine and I love it. So easy to use. I have not gone on to Windows 10 as I am afraid that my hundreds of embroidery designs will get lost. I have Windows 7 and use Artlink to transfer designs.
