New little gift set I handed off a couple Sunday's ago at nephew's and his wife's baby shower. The animal designs were from KreativeKiwi. They stitched out perfectly.

Patti, I really like your sweet set! I've never tried the cube/block yet but I like the different type fabrics and all the ribbons, too. I guess I need to try one, as Gus is starting to hold onto things. Is your bib and blanket out of flannel or cotton?

Thank you Toogie-haven't done a lot lately--bib/blanket is flannel purchased at JoAnn's when they had the Black Friday deals $1.74 a yard. Used that bubble fleece, regular fleece on the block. It has a rattler inside. I also got spools of ribbon [I think about 20] recently on a good sale. Got to try and keep a supply as I share occasionally. I had other purchased gifts as well. Just wanted something handmade. Odd name but family name I am told that I put on the bib. Doesn't show as much as I'd like.

Thank you Chris--actually the gal shook the toy once, said she like anything monogrammed and that was it--was a little disappointed but oh well--she had a huge shower and lots of gifts anyways.

I recognise the design from KK - this is a great way of using it. What size is the cube? I have bought some cubes size 10cm (3,2") - but I guess they are too small for this purpose?
