I call this a surprise lily, It is a start of a start, etc of the one my Mom had when I was a child. Thats some 65 years ago. it bloom very sudden its a house flower it goes dormant in the winter and loves lots of water and sun.

It is lovely. and so special to be in your family for so long. I have an ivy from my MIL when my son was born. To me it is very special. I am hoping my snapdragons will come up again this year.
