This is another quilt that I made. The designs are from Anita Goodesigns. It is called Prayer Garden. You embroider the designs first and if you wish you can add the paint to it. I used copic markers to add more color. Thanks for looking. Hugs, Gail

This is truly a masterpiece. If I understand this correctly the blocks are done like redwork or colorlines and the color is added using colored pens or fabric paint. Am I right? There is a tremendous amount of work in this piece. Display it proudly!

Thank you, Teresa. You are correct about the technique. They were colorwork embroidery.

I have this set and have not yet gotten up the nerve! Love the way you included the happy little polka dots amongst the fabrics. Beautifully done. Also, love the red edge. You inspire me.

Thank you. You should make when. It was quite fun. Since all the blocks are different, I couldn't wait each time to see how they looked.

I have also made this Prayer Garden quilt. Absolutely LOVED the process of putting it together. I didn't use the fabric markers tho. I had never done that, so was very chicken to try. lol You did a beautiful, beautiful job!! Hugs and Flowers to all

Thank you. I had never tried the fabric markers either. I jumped in but I was afraid I would ruin all of it. Thank you again for your kind words.
