I had to put my thinking cap on for this one. I have seen this type of doll and decided I should use what I have and see what I could come up with . I drew up a pattern , figured out what had to go into the hoop and where . Since this is for a 1 year old , I didn't want any embellishments , so I had to keep it clean and simple.
