On a good note--- Ron's foot and toe is almost completely well now. Wound care Dr. discharged him yesterday and told me I no longer have to put a dressing on it, just keep a close eye on it and call him if We needed him. On a sad note cardiologist says Ron will never get any better than he is right now and will continue to be total care. His kidneys are badly damaged from blocked renal arteries and even though they put a stent in one of them the damage cannot be repaired nor will it repair itself. . I simply ask God for Grace to get through each day and he may out live me. Only God knows that answer.. Thank you all again for your prayers and caring. We keep getting through each day okay and that is a blessing. I do not get a lot of things done but what is needed gets done. Love to you all Lillian

I am so sorry to hear this news about Ron's heart and kidneys Miss Lillian. I stand with you in trusting that God has this and loves you so much that you will get through these hard times. You shouldn't worry about what you get done. I'm sure you do more than most at that. I'm loving you from Georgia!
Hugs, Jerrilyn

Doctors know a lot, but not God's plans. They told my MIL that FIL's heart was very weak and damaged and he could go any time. She died about 8 years later, worrying about him daily, and he lived almost 25 years after doctor's comments. Love and prayers. Try to take care of Lillian, too, somehow!

Iknow and have already witnessed this in Ron. . I try to take care of myself but must admit there are days when Lillian kind of gets lost in the shuffle(like forgetting to take my own meds,or to eat,or to brush my teeth lol) thank you much

You and Ron are always in my prayers Lillian. It is so unfair that life should be so tough after we have worked all our lives to make our senior years comfortable.
Hugs and much love, Meg

You are right Meg. This is not how I envisioned spending my senior years. Still I am blessed, I could be unable to do what I must and that is a plus. I do miss being able to go on impromptu trips though or doing things at the spur of the moment. Now each day must be carefully planned out. Love you/Lillian
