I have not been around here much, although I have tried to comment on the birthdays. DH took me to England and Europe for our 25th. anniversary. The highlight of the trip was our week in Sicily, where we met up with my eldest daughter from Johannesburg, my stepson and his girlfriend from Brussels. DH has always wanted to see Mt Etna. I was in Brussels for a couple of days. I am just so sorry that Linda (zoefzoef) and I could not manage to meet. Pictures are all from Sicily except the last one which is taken from my flight to Sicily over the Alps.

I did not travel to Germany but my husband went to see his sister in Munich. I stayed with my stepson in Brussels.

Oh Sarah, I am so glad you shared these photos with us! I had to click on each one, because I wanted to see everything. The colors are so brilliant and clear. I was looking at the people in the water in the second photo and also the building on the top of the little rock island. The people look like they can wade across. There are a lot of umbrellas set up, too. Those narrow streets in photo 4 always make me nervous! Did you do some shopping? Love all the photos...........anymore??-Toogie

Thank you Toogie. Unfortunately things were very expensive. Bought home a few presents for special friends but nothing for myself.
