Hello Cuties, I should be in bed, but we have been out and I wanted to tell you this before I forget.

While at a wake tonight, I saw 2 First Responders from our area. Remember the car seat belt emergency ID covers I made last week? (see photo below) Well, I wanted to make them aware of these covers, so they could check in case of an accident, for information about the person.
Well, he told me something else and this is what I wanted to share with you. He knows our family and has been on a call for Avery, so he told me he wanted to give me some decals. He said to stick them on her room windows, at her house. He said that decal/sticker would alert the firefighters, that there was an invalid in that room!
I am so glad I saw them and we shared information! I also, had to share with all of you. Maybe check in with your local fire station and see if they have something like this, for your loved ones. Anything so simple, may help save a life and sharing with others can only help, too. God bless our Responders and our love ones-Toogie

Toogie, I told my daughter about these and she told me to put the Star of Life on them (ems symbol). That way the info could be on the inside and not seen by others yet the star of life tells ems that is med info. Just like the med bracelets. I found one on apex designs to buy. Just wanted to share.

High Five Toogie and thanks for sharing this info. Both the seat belt covers and the decals from the fire station are info I did not know or think about. And we Cuties have our share of loved ones of all ages who need to know this. I hope our fellow Cuties share their tips also.

Thanks, Sweetie. You are such a careful caretaker. We have available in Alabama the yellow dot program. You put their yellow dot on the rear window of your vehicle and that alerts them to check the glove compartment for the folder of special medical information. This may be a nationwide program; I don't know.

I have chills at what you have created. What an insightful addition to a car seat or a stroller or a wheelchair. My dear departed brother-in-law was unable to speak or communicate other than to his wife. She had a similar notice on his wheelchair to the effect "if found call..." Anything to prevent complications in an emergency.

Thank you Toogie--how many of us were aware we could do something like this. Not me I can tell you. Bless you for this info.
