Hii...

Since few months I m facing problem with my Janome machine
In few of my designs.. portion is displaced from its space......
Most of the time outline is displaced by few cm or inches from where it is supposed to be
So designs r distorted...
There is no problem with monogram

Had visit of mechanic from company he said nothing is wrong with mechanism..
It is software prob..send machine in company

Is anybody had this problem??
