Yesterday was not a good day. Poured with rain and we both had to go to the doctor's a 55 minute drive each way. I have to have keyhole surgery on my left knee to clean it out. Also Physio on both knees and go to the pool for hydro therapy. Hubby has to go to the Podiatrist. He is still having the District nurse coming in 3 times a week to dress the 2 wounds on his legs, with weekly trips to the Specialist Clinic 50 min drive each way once a week. <br /><br /><br /><br />

Last Monday when he went to do the weekly shopping a lady (not what I am calling her under my breath right now) ran into the front of our car and did quite a bit of damage. We took it in to have the damage assessed on our way home yesterday and it looks like it will be written off. Not what we had planned. We intended buying a new Automatic car and keeping this one as a second car, but looks like a new one and a another secondhand one now. I am not a happy chappy at the moment.<br /><br />
Update
Just had a call from the Insurance company letting us know the next move. They are holding off processing the claim until after next Tuesday so we can use the car to go to the hospital. By then I hope the new car we ordered yesterday will be available.
