I embroidered a dozen butterflies from one of criswells free designs to put on a special dress for my birthday girl. I am still working on the dress but wanted to show you a sneak peak of the straps.
The design is quick to do and looks lovely with the fairy organza on the butterflies

I can only imagine what you are creating. Did you embroider the Butterflies over Organza? Looking forward to seeing the complete project.

The main part of the butterfly wings are done on organza. I used a very shimmery type unfortunately I didn't get a good picture of it when I took this.

These will be a beautiful addition to your little one's dress. They are so delicate looking and I love the fact that these are on elastic to give a bit of interest to the straps. Well done, it will be perfect. Love Chris
