Wanted to ask for prayer for hubby ***he has singles in his right eye it might take out what little light he has in it .he is sad***I take him every Wed. for see the eye doctor this week will be trip #4 she says it is healing the big problem is if it gets on his graphs in his eye it will take the whole eye out:(:(so sad for him .He only has 2% vision in that eye but it is better then total blackness please pray God lets him see a little ***Hugs Carolyn

Oh Carolyn, that is so sad to hear. I pray what sight John does have remains, for sure. Avery sees only light/movement but thank God they see that.

This is such sad news for John, my prayers and best wishes are with him across the miles. I do hope it heals very quickly, and he shall not be sad, he has a lot to cope with. You look after yourself as well Carolyn, you need to be strong for his sake and to carry on with all that you do . Sandra.

Oh no. I have 2 friends right now that have shingles and both are in a lot of pain. I pray that it will not affect his eye any further and that he is without pain..Hugs to you. .

It is not good news. Hope and pray it does not spread and that he heals in no time. Thinking of you. It is terrible to battle with your eyes. My dad lost his right eye about a year before he passed and I remember it was so tragic and a huge heartache.

Oh Carolyn I am so sorry. Once had a patient in the hospital with Shingles in both left eye and left side of body. He was in such pain. Prayers already for him. Much love to you both/Lillian

I will be praying. I used to work for 14 yrs. in an ophthalmology office. I've seen people with shingles on their faces and have to be watch closely. Only one time did a poor little frail older lady have it in her eye. Looked terrible poor thing. Vision is a precious thing.

So sorry for your husband , John. Seems as if I remember you one said he was legally blind. It is amazing that he has been to physically make so many things for you. I pray it will not make his vision worse. My Mother had shingles once and she lifted her shirt to show me her abdomen. What a mess! She said it was so painful. Kay
