Finally what you have all been waiting patiently to see. It is finished!

I ended up embroidering loads of the criswell fsl butterflies and had lots of fun sewing them onto this lovely princess Cinderella dress. The dress pattern is an old one I picked up a while back Butterick 6015. I did modify it a little though. It was inspired by the latest movie where Cinderella had layers of beautiful flowing fabrics and butterflies. My daughter didn't want the butterflies on th dress like in the movie so I placed them on the straps and around the waistline. There are 3 layers of fabric. It is fully lined and has a very sparkly blue fabric underneath fairy organza. It was the only way I could get the right colour and have the sparkles appear like a shimmer under the organza. Sadly the photos don't do it justice it looks so much better in person.
