Baby bib.
Had to make a gift for a newborn baby - born on my birthday - and used a few items on the announcement card to make this embroidery. I did not have the right font and did not want to spend time digitising that. Anyway, a different fond was used for the name at the front of the card so it won't matter a lot.
Hope the mother likes it.

This is a fabulous bib. I don't see much of a difference between the fonts on the bib vs the announcement card. If you didn't tell us, I doubt anyone would have noticed. The parents will be so surprised to see what you have created for their new baby. Well done!

You did a really good job. Can I ask how big did you make the opening for the head? this is such a practical idea.

I cut the opening the size of a CD, and make the ribbing 15% shorter and scant 3in (7cm) wide.
