Just venting.......I just finished spending the whole afternoon sewing a sweater together and I sewed the 2 fronts together backwards and I didn't notice until I was sewing in the last sleeve and I had to rip the collar out because that was done by picking up all the stitching around the neckline after the shoulders were sewn together........I have it all apart again and just needed to get away from it for a few minutes....thanks for listening!!! GGGRRR.........

I know how you feel. Have done that, but usually with sleeves. This makes it double frustrating having to rip the collar out. Relax for a little bit. I am not sure you are capable of relaxing knowing all that you do. Good luck with un-and re-doing.

Understand your frustration - definitely time for a quiet cuppa _ isn't it odd how these things always seem to happen when we are absolutely determined to finish a project that day - thanks for sharing this with us - it makes us each smile and realise we are not alone when it comes to making time-consuming mistakes.

A venting moment indeed. Did a nightgown for my granddaughter with fairies standing up everywhere except the top of the back panel that had them facing downward. I could have spit nails. My daughter said not to worry as my GD is always standing on her head anyway. Was so angry with myself but then it was a chuckling moment when I calmed down then laughed. Sorry for your "inconvenience".

Oh ! Dear walk out of your sewing room and go work in the yard and then come back in!! did holes , pull weeds. It helps!!
