I was in my local Belk store this afternoon. Did I ever find a bargain for my granddaughter. I rarely buy them clothes unless they are with me, but found this dress. The retail price was $119.00 and after several mark downs was $14.49. It is fully lined and invisible zip in back. No way could I have bought the fabric , lining , interfacing , thread , zipper and a pattern for this price. Guess this is why , I no longer sew. I hope it fits or I will be willing to alter for this price! Kay
