I have 2 brands, I have used it once and you want to clean as much of it off before you take the iron to it. My personal opinion. I purchased it to use on non-washable fabrics like velvet.

I use it all the time! Usually get it from Allstitch. Love it. No having to soak or wash the items & it's a lot faster to get off. Pull away what you can, then just touch it with the iron. Great stuff, esp of towels as it does stay under there & keep the stitches from sinking in after washing the towel.

I love it for all those last minute items that you don't want to soak. And great on items you don't want to get wet at all.

Oh, I think I know it as heat and gone. I haven't used it but I've heard of others who like it.

I used it for fsl once and it worked. As everyone else said, it is an iron away. I get mine from Marathon Threads in Canada.
