Couldn't wait to try this free rw rose from Amazing ***hope you got it a couple days ago???Also i tried another cuties help in making these tops .She said she cut it in two **Well this is my version of that **** the last pictures shows the middle noone can see right???I also sewed the button to the front and the back to see which is best???

They turned out great.. I do like the seam being hidden inside, did you use any fray stop on the fabric edge. Did it go through the Serger easily. Marian

Forgot about fray stop i will put some on it and i could use the serger but will try that next time lol thanks
Or you could top-stitch on the outside of the potholder, just above the spot where you inserted the towel. This would keep the pot holder from flopping open and cover the raw seam, too. I like the way you didn't cut through the edges - makes for a neat edge and less bulk to sew. Good job!!

I have been admiring your towels and am intrigued how long are the towels if you can cut them in half and they still can be long enough and how big are the pot holders the ones I have seen are too small to fold in half. Love the rose design

In Canada the pot holders are 7x8.5 and most towels are 26 long but 15 wide a good size when cut in two ok??
