If you know when you made the quilt you could try do search on your computer if you sort by date modified. It might be a long shot but ma be worth a try.

I have started a new folder on my computer with the designs I have embroidered. That way I have a smaller number of files to search through to find something I want to make again. The computer records the date you copied it there so I can sort by date also to find.

I also had another thought, have you shared a photo of this quilt before? You may have mentioned where they were from if you did.

Have you tried Thread n Scissors ? They have a lot of this type of designs & all sets are on special for $1 each
