I took my machine into the shop on saturday and they said it would be about a week to get done. It's been annoying not being able to sew or embroider anything, but Smokey hasn't knocked over and gone through my trash can since the machine's been gone... Urban Threads has a sale right now on lots of cute designs and I got a cat playing with a yarn ball and two sizes of an ith dinosaur, and a monster face potholder (sadly that one wasn't on sale). I really want them to be done with my machine already so I can make that stuff before I have to start packing up my room for moving

Sorry to hear your machine is away being looked at. Urban Threads is one of my favourite sites, their designs are quirky. Its great that they have a few designs on sale each week, so sometimes its difficult to decide which ones you need. Good luck with the move, I'm still trying to get sorted after a year.

We all have withdrawal symptoms when our machines have gone for service or repair, so we can commiserate. Hope you get it back soon.

That is an excellent time - only a week! My Brother Quatrro has gone in on Monday and I'm not expecting it for a couple of weeks. I'm so glad I've got another to keep me company! I feel your loss and I hope it comes back all better! Love Chris

Good reason to get a second machine! At the moment I have both my Vikings running. Really trying to get a leg up on Christmas gifts. Hugs. Nan W

I know a lot of us when our machines are gone will organize designs, plan projects and even gather what we need to do a project so we are off and stitching as soon as the machine arrives home. So sorry you have to wait a week to get it back. I guess Smokey thinks it's great to have his dad to himself again.I hope your move goes smoothly and youu get set up and stitching quickly again.
