Hearing health stories lately I am reminded of this case of my mother-in-law. She had contracted a very bad infection in the heel of her foot and when it got worse her son took her to the Dr. and was prescribed with medications that did nothing for her.

Again to the Dr. and they diagnosed some disease that could not be treated, she was around 80 years old so her son was told to take her home and make her comfortable there was nothing they could do.

At home the Filipino house maid said she could cure the infection so began applying boiled cabbage leaves three times a day to the wound.

Slowly but surely the wound began to heel and in 2 weeks was completely gone!!! She lived another 10 years.....

I don't know if the son or my mother-in-law went back to that Dr. and rubbed his face in cabbage but I AM quite sure they slurred his name every chance they could!!

Here is a link to read about cabbage healing....

and I'm sure if you search more you will find lots of information about the healing posers of cabbage...

Have a great weekend ladies, Hugs Dolly

Very interesting. It certainly won't hurt to try this. Funny, I just planted cabbage in the garden.
